AppColl AI Beta Program

1. The Nature of the Beta

The AppColl AI features (including AI-Enhanced 892 Processing, Spend & Billing Forecasting, and Intelligent Office Action Responses) are currently in Beta. This means the tools are still being tested and refined. By participating, you acknowledge that these features are provided on an “as-is” basis and may produce unexpected results.

2. Post-Beta Pricing and Conversion

Access to these AI features is free during the Beta period. However, this is not a permanent free addition to your existing subscription.

  • Monthly Charge: Once the Beta period concludes, continued access to the AI suite will require a monthly subscription fee.

  • Notice of Billing: AppColl will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the Beta ends and billing begins.

  • Auto-Opt-Out: At the end of the Beta, you will have the choice to either subscribe to the AI features at the then-current monthly rate or opt out and lose access to those specific tools. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent to upgrade.

3. No Professional Advice

AppColl AI is a productivity tool, not a legal professional.

  • Verification Required: You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output generated by the AI.

  • Liability: AppColl is not liable for any legal errors, missed deadlines, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

To improve the AI’s accuracy, the system processes data within your AppColl account.

  • Security: Your data remains within the AppColl secure environment. We do not sell your data to third parties or use AI data for LLM training. 

  • Anonymization: We may use anonymized, de-identified data to train and improve our machine learning models. Your firm’s confidential strategies and sensitive client details remain private.

5. Feedback

Your feedback is the primary “cost” of the Beta. We ask that you report bugs, inaccuracies, or UI issues through the provided feedback channels. By submitting feedback, you grant AppColl the right to use those suggestions to improve the software without compensation.

6. Confidentiality

The features, UI, and performance of the AppColl AI Beta are confidential. You agree not to share screenshots, recordings, or detailed performance reviews with third parties or on public forums without prior written consent from AppColl.
